"I’ve worked for Premium Retail for 10 months. This is my second time working for this company as I had to resign initially because I was getting married and Premium wasn’t available in my state at the time. This company/program is only 3 years old yet have pioneered their way to servicing across the nation. I am proud to be part of this team and what it stands for."

"I worked with Premium for over a year as a area manager. Just like any area manager in the wireless industry, we were overworked and over expected of. I worked 100+ Hours every single week, many weeks I had no off days, and even if I did get to stay home for a day I was expected to run my team remotely for the entirety of the work day. Call ins were all covered by the manager, managers can be downright rude/bullies in the case of underperformance, even if it was just one day of the month. I was ranked top 5 managers in the company for 3 months straight, and as soon as I fell below that list, I was receiving write ups, passive aggressive phone calls, secret shops picking out ever slight issue. And there was some extreme favoritism, I could be working twice as much and twice as hard as the manage next to me, but if they were performing even 1% better than I was then I was on call after call and was being aggressively dug into every day. Work this job ONLY if you have the right manager. If you don’t love your boss, leave, it only gets worse with time."

"I've worked for Premium Services since 2016. What I love about working for them is I am able to be on different projects. Another good feature is scheduling. 90 percent of the time you are allowed to move around your schedule if needed. This is a great company to work for if you are currently in school and or looking for a part time position."

"I worked for Premium Retail Services for about 6 months, and they go above and beyond for their employees. The benefits are phenomenal and management is understanding and laid back! My manager was very quick to respond when I had a concern, and she always went out of her way to make sure the work we did was done efficiently."

"Great company to work for. The work culture is great, everyone is enthusiastic, the work hours are flexible. My Manager Manjit is the most open and funniest manager I've ever worked with. The job can have times of boredom due to being in one spot on the sales floor, other than that you can be a great asset for the team."

"Since Spring of 2018, I have worked for Premium Retail Services. Great company to work for. I am able to work without being micromanaged, which is one of the highlights of the position. Another is that I set my own hours and days... as long as the work is done and correct, that is what matters most. I leave from work with a feeling of accomplishment... so this is satisfying part of work, plus there is always new challenges that I face every day, challenges that makes me a better employee."

"They tend to saturate an area with merchandising reps making it difficult to get hours. Although the majority of the work involves 1 person there are times when a job may consist of 2 or more people. With the old supervisor who got transferred in April of 2014, having a team member assigned was never an issue. Ever since there has been a new manager assigned to the territory, team members are rarely if ever assigned. Myself and other reps I've spoken with don't believe she even bothers to look for help. This creates problems in stores as you have to try to get a store employee to help out. I have been personally told by store managers when requesting help on a job that was supposed to have 2 people assigned, "If you're going to use our employees, why do we need Premium?" All you can do is thank them for their help and let them know you will pass on their sentiments."

"The RMM in charge of Illinois and Wisconsin is absolutely the biggest drawback in working for Premium. So many Reps have quit because of her, all with many years experience of working at Premium. The fact the company has kept her on shows what little value they have towards their merchandisers."
