"I really don't like anything at all at the United Parcel Service."

"It's about the same as any other interview you go to."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"You get hit with hundreds of packages a minute and are responsible for loading 2-4 trucks, all while having your supervisor getting on you for being really behind or something else that's hard to do when you are that bogged down in packages."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would hire a few more hands and try to split the work load a little more evenly to aid in getting things done on time."

What do you like about working at UPS?
"I was always rushed and never seemed to please any driver. It's a waste of time. They need to change how they pay at UPS, so people can advance their pay."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just if you need the money go for it, but you won't make enough."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"It's not recommended. You have to wait so long to get good pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They don't know what they are doing."

"Hard, physical work, but good benefits. It is easy to move into management if you have patience."
What do you like about working at UPS?
"I like the hard honest work at UPS. It builds character. Benefits are excellent: free medical, dental, and vision with only $10 co-pay."

"Be prepared for hard work, and appear ready for it. They are usually desperate for long-term employees."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"I dislike the hard work and odd hours (3 a.m. - 8 a.m.). Lack of sleep and constant exhaustion tend to cause other areas of life to diminish. Injury is prevalent, either by negligence or normal wear-and-tear."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reduce work load per employee."

"They gave me the opportunity to go back to school. It was a part-time job. The pay was good for a college student."

"Be very responsive. Do not give short answers."

"They did not let me work extra hours when I was off or did not have school."

"Let the employees work extra hours when they can if they are busy."
