What do you like about working at Portrait Innovations?

I loved the people and the work I did (technical support).

What don't you like about working at Portrait Innovations?

Forced to punch out for lunch breaks during Christmas season but don't actually get to take lunch. No waiver signed. Highly unethical. Certain Department Managers do not have any idea how to manager. Turn over is about as high as or higher then McDonalds.

What suggestions do you have for management?

Take some Management courses. Learn to delegate properly not ask for impossible tasks to be done and sit at your computer playing video games and demanding tasks that require over an hour to be done in 20 minutes. This is not false information. Three people in the same department left over the lack of management abilities after utilizing the open door policy. Nothing has been done to this date.
