What do you like about working at Pioneer Hi-Bred?
They truley care about there employees and their well being.
What don't you like about working at Pioneer Hi-Bred?
There are some very long hours and odd shift hours during about forty percent of the year, I have young children and it creates problems.
What suggestions do you have for management?
None really their doing a fine job and just coordinating manpower as buisness dictates

It has been a good job, I desire a career.

Great company to work for, be prepared to spend time away from home.
