"I have worked for the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office for over 3 years. It is a great place to work. The agency is always pushing forward on technology and procedures to keep the citizens safe and informed."
"Great to sit back and let your life glide by. Not so great if you actually care. The organizational structure is a cluster. Takes a PhD in Bureaucracy to figure out who owns what. People willing to take responsibility are a far and few between. Things happen excruciatingly slow because of people, not red tape. The Security Manager has a major conflict of interest as he is also the manager of Enterprise Architecture. And has a manager above him before he gets to the CIO."
