"the organization , the long distance drive to and from work. the policy on snow days"

"I would like management to be more personable , and see what my job really consist of on a dailey basis"

"My Sales Manager was wonderful. The company was large but had a family feeling. The products they offer are competitive and comsumer friendly."

What don't you like about working at PHH Corp.?

"The underwriting software was unreliable. Underwriting was difficult to communicate with. I started on a salary and once the mortgage business died down they put us on straight commission which was impossible to live on. The work hours even though from home were long compared to the income."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put the Mortgage Consultants on a salary plus commission. Hire people they trust to make the calls and work the territory."
