"Though opportunity exists of being hired on as an employee, consider the length of contract offered and read the same print in the contracts offered; you can negotiate some points offered or not offered in the contract."

"Though the company hires a lot of contractors in very important roles, contractors are not included in business meetings or functions."

"If the business is going to rely so heavily on contractors, then why not include them in business meetings, etc. Their efforts really go a long way to help sustain the business processes."

"Break the company up into units half the size and create a culture in which employees are valued. The company is too top heavy with management in NY because of the size. Pfizer is proof that bigger isn't better."

"It's now a culture of scarcity and a culture of fear. There is severe punishment for many different outcomes."

"Remember that it is the people who do things - things that you cannot outsource. That is going to bite you."
