"Homes were beautifully designed and there were some great people there that were genuine and sincere."

"If you make it past the interviews and are offered a position, be cautious of how you handle yourself and always keep track of everything should you need to ever prove your innocence. Don't become involved with the drama that this company is notorious for. Beware of the dress code policy as it is required to wear pantyhose for women still!"

What don't you like about working at Perry Homes?

"Company culture is military like. Management often mistreated employees and often played the blame game. No loyalty to their employees, regardless of how long they have been with the company. No one communicates except when its negative."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't be a puppy to the higher ups, stand up for what is right and don't let those under you suffer because of horrible company culture. Micromanagement does not encourage anyone to work harder."
