"Bullying, Intimidation, Witch-hunt, followed by Retaliation: I cannot speak for the company as a whole, nor can I speak for its overall mission. I can only speak for the specific site & division I was directly involved with. Upon my employment, I had the opportunity to learn more intimately about the culture & its frontline leadership. It quickly became apparent to me that I wasn’t hired to do a good job nor make a positive change – I was hired to “play ball” & ensure that upper management “look good”. Because I literally just started there, I REALLY wanted things to work out for the time being, so I focused on the role & responsibilities as they pertained to my job description, all while holding the company policies close at hand. Unfortunately, I didn’t account for the copious amounts of duplicitous behavior, brazen nepotism, & serial unprofessionalism to a maniacal level. Despite the red flags, I warily declined to cut corners, ignore regulations & turn a blind to inappropriate workplace behavior. In the end, the miscreants, the solipsistic, & those subjugated to the point of poltroonery managed to usurp quality & inevitably undo any regulations, policies & failsafe perceived as roadblocks. In the end, I can take comfort in knowing that I have my health, the support of my family & loved ones, & no longer need to be waylaid by the contagion they pass off as “culture”. In a way, I feel sorry for them & anyone that is unfortunate to get caught within their tailspin."
