"I love working overnights because I have Aspergers so having a steady flow of customers that isn't massive crowds all the time is good, coupled with insomnia make the position perfect. I hate that it takes time from me I could be spending with my family, friends and wife."

"Growth within the company seemed almost impossible. It seemed the harder you worked to move up, the more they wanted you to stay where you were."
