What do you like about working at The Outsource Group?

"The only thing I actually like at the company is getting a pay check every 2 weeks. Work is hard to come by and I'm thankful to be working The Outsource Group has to be the worst company to work for."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"THERE'S NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT TOG RATHER HIRE FROM THE OUTSIDETHE PAY IS HORRIBLE WHEN YOU ARE DOING 10 different jobThe upper management will not admit fault for their mistakes but will blame the claims rep. Go somewhere else to get a job and stay clear of this hell on earth unless you like the crappy pay, sucky health benefit, and gossip from upper management or coworkers!"

What don't you like about working at The Outsource Group?

"The Outsource Group is a great place to work to obtain knowledge about billing from your teammate or supervisor (if you have a good one who isn't lazy)This place is no place to work at the pay is horrible and the rise is a slap in the face. Upper managent the big bosses who calculates on how much we are projected to make pulls numbers from their asses so no matter how muh the hospital you work collects and makes goal your raise is a slap in the face because CORP had no idea what the heck they are Doing. They rather force people with knowledge out to save money and hire stupid rejects from other companies who does not want them. You get what you pay for!! If the upper management does not know how the company should be running then TOG has no future. The head of operation doesn't know why the heck he is doing. The NEW HIRE FOR HUMAN RESOURCE well shes trying but doesn't do a thing. The medical record/ cash hire she's doesn't know what she's doing matter of fact I don't think she's done a thing since she's been here. LIKE I SAID TOG NEEDS TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOWS THE BUSINESS AND KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure all upper management is knowledgeable of the industry.Sales people who contact the Clients are trained correctly.Hire a staff that knows what they are doing CLIENTS COMES FIRST CAUSE THEY ARE PAYING US!!!!Promote from within instead of hiring from the outside so at least people here have a goal to work on if they want to get promoted.REALIZE THAT IF ALL CLAIMS REP DECIDE TO WALK OUT TOG UPPER MANAGEMENT WILL LOSE BUSINESS!!! UPDATE THE COMPUTERS AND IT DEPARTMENT"

"This place is the worst"

What do you like about working at The Outsource Group?

"My co workers are wonderful. The other pion employees are in the same boat as I am and we tend to lean on each other for support."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DO NOT DO IT. RUN far far away. Its not worth it"

What don't you like about working at The Outsource Group?

"Management in general. They are horrible. The owner is deaf and blind to what is going on in his own company. The only thing he cares about is the bottom line. MONEY and screw the employees. Their view is that there are plenty of people out there that are looking and you are just a seat filler., you can be replaced at any time. The director of operations is a tyrant. She rules her kingdom with an iron fist and god forbid you try to have an opinion or thought of your own, if you are not in her royal court (unit manager or lead) you are nothing but a serf for her to punish in any way that she feels she can. Most employees think she should be test for Bipolar disease. She changes her mind about every other day about how she wants things done and treats all of the employees, even if they dont deserve, like children."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"WAKE UP, this woman is making good people walk out and many more will be walking also. Listen to your employees not just the managers."

"Obtained skills with multiple systems"

What do you like about working at The Outsource Group?

"The employers. Only reason why because we were all going through the same struggle."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"With the bad there is a good. The only good that I can say about this company if you are looking for a career change (as obtaining new skills how to navigate through multiple systems, speaking with people over the phone, working on customer service skills) this is the place you can lean those skills. But once you've got those skills, move on. This is not a place you want to make it permanent."

What don't you like about working at The Outsource Group?

"Where do I begin. The best way to describe it the best way is the right hand doesn't talk to the left hand. There were constant unjustified changes that would occur without consulting the appropriate individuals (like the big boys up top) The pay was flat out insulting for the amount of work and effort that needed to run this company appropriately. And if...key word IF you were lucky enough to receive a yearly raise you were lucky to receive 20 to 30 cents. 50 cents was the maximum people would receive. Nobody would never want to take the blame ( and when I refer to nobody I mean upper management ) and the blame and worry would be put on the employees. The benefits were just as lousy as the pay. If you have a family prepare to only be working for medical/dental/vision insurance, that's if your lucky. Favoritism runs rampant around the office as well AND is clearly visible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please please PLEASE start to take in consideration what your from man ( the account representative) is telling you when they have a problem with certain work related issues. There are the people that are on the front lines trying to make the company run as smooth as possible. This isn't a popularity contest this is a place of employment. The one's that you KNOW that are giving you their 100% hitting there goal consecutively, striving to improve their skills, give them what they deserve. Quit using these people as cheap labor."
