"I began working at Oracle in July 2019 and finished my career in June 2020. I enjoyed my time there as it was my first job out of college and my first exposure into B2B sales. The training allowed me to excel in my role and develop my sales skills. The environment was fun and energetic, as I worked alongside many other recent graduates."

"It has been an amazing journey so far, being a part of a Revolutionary Tech Giant such as Oracle. One of the key things that you keep hearing the moment you start work and eventually make it your bible is that 'Change is Constant'. While that may be quite taxing at times, it is even more rewarding in the long run and a primal part of being relevant in an ever-changing fast-paced civilization."

"Overall, Oracle is very good place to work. For my first job in the Technology industry, the training and sales resources were very helpful and informational. The negative, it is a very cannibalistic enviornment for sales. In the last year alone, they have nearly doubled the sales force in most product pillars and shrunk all account patches. Because of the wide assortment of products that Oracle provides, there are too many oracle reps calling into the same accounts and upset our customers."

"Great company. Intensive sales training."

What do you like about working at Oracle?

"Oracle has a top-rated sales force and everyone I had worked with was intelligent and sharp with a strong desire to succeed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do your homework. Know the core technologies. Create a 30-60-90 day plan covering your first quarter in your role and present that in the interview process."

What don't you like about working at Oracle?

"It's sheer size (90,000+) employees, made it hard to find ways to stand out. It took me 4 years to become recognized for the work I had contributed to the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Time from first interview to offer letter was over 3 months. This time should be shortened."
