2.3 The management team at this location has changed 6 times in 2 years. The focus changes every 2 months or so. The current team had zero prior experience with the products that we produce and are unwilling to listen and learn anything from those employees who have been here for 10-17 years.

None. Everyone at Oldcastle was very competent. Very professional. They cared about their work and the employees.

Get with the program. It's 2009, and they are dinosaurs. Productivity has so little to do with the hours worked, and more to do with how much work you put into the hours. If I could consistently get 8 hours worth of work done in 3, why would I not be compensated for the work done
