Great team. Lot of opportunities to learn. Flexible schedule. Great company culture

What don't you like about working at Orange County Container Group?

Commute is about 1hr from where I live. Commmute has been the only concern.

What suggestions do you have for management?

Formalize release planning process and use a change management software
