What do you like about working at Novartis Pharmaceuticals?
Flexibility to make important decisions, varied responsibilities, challenging role within the organization
What don't you like about working at Novartis Pharmaceuticals?
appeared to be unstable which was confirmed when the facility closed forcing relocation
What suggestions do you have for management?
They did the best they could within certain parameters and with the understanding that there was potential of facility closure.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Although no longer in business at that location, in general Sandoz is a great company to work with as long as people have the R/D background they are looking for.
