"I have worked for Nexius since 2016, fresh out of graduate school. Nexius is not a bad place to start your career, one thing that I like about Nexius is the chances that they give to young professionals starting their career (Ace Program). However, that is also one of the downfalls, since you start as an ACE, they view you that way even when you are promoted. They will promote the ACE employees into management positions and pay them as entry-level jobs until the ACE employees quit or threaten to leave. They do not value the ACE employees as highly as someone coming in externally. Nexius is always progressing and pushing the boundaries which is great for their competitive advantage in the industry, but at the same time, they do not test these new processes and initiatives before implementing. Overall, Nexius is not a bad place to start your career. I loved my co-workers and my time at Nexius, but if you are not in the inner circle of upper-management you can definitely feel the cold shoulder and stagnation in your career."

"Do your homework! Come prepared to discuss the specifics of what you have done in the past, the details of the knowledge you claim but most importantly, what you would do on the job to contribute to the company's continuous success."

"The flip side of working in a dynamic and growing company is that it requires a lot of hours. Luckily the company gives us all the flexibility possible to balance work and personal life while meeting business requirements."

"Improvements have been made in communication, which is made more difficult by the various locations of all our employees, but this should always remain a key focus as the company grows."
