"I have worked for New Horizon Computer Training since 2018. The company is a wonderful place to work there have been lots of changes in the past year. Our CEO is the best although most of the time you don't feel as if you are being heard. I am far below the range of pay in this same position that other companies offer. I do not feel like I can ask for compensation and at times made to feel I am just average. The compensation within each department are completely off balance and due to the COVID issues right now people feel like they are not able to discuss or ask for reviews for fear of being let go."
"I have worked for New Horizons, a non profit organization that takes care of special need adults. I enjoyed my work. But because of the Corona pandemic, the department I worked for was closed and all employees were laid off."

"Franchise company. Not every New Horizons is the same so one must be cautious of the ownership of a particular branch."
"I've worked for New Horizons for 2 year. There are very talented people working there that keep the company going. However they do not pay a living wage to there employees take take care of the day to day operations that keep the door open. Often the lower level employee does more of the work with no gain."
"Great for customers, bad for employees. Deeply misogynist management at multiple levels. Inept HR department. Low mobility, few returns."
"Lacking vision and desire to be World Class."
"I found it odd they asked me to teach courses on software they knew I had no experience in."
"I worked here from 1999 - 2003.During that time I met colorful, knowledgeable and competent people. From the Instructors, Sales and Customer Service. The students were all treated well and shown respect. There is always some level of drama in a workplace. NH Atlanta had its share. I would, however, recommend anyone in the training field to attend or work there."
