Need to take out about 5 of the existing senior managers that are still there and replace them with more knowledgable and passionate managers that are willing to take some risk and try new things. They have too much dead wood at the top which makes it harder for the hourly people to try and accomplish some of the simplist things relative to each of their jobs or responsibilities.
Management should have been watching the the executives closer and holding them accountable along with the shareholders. They should have taken more time to assess the risk involved with lowering lending guidelines, knowing that in the long run those choices would lead to the mortgage crisis currently in the country.
Continue working with the team and progressing the growth of the business.
