What do you like about working at National City Bank?
There is not traditional management in my department, where someone watches over you and directs your every move, you are more free, and you get to learn other areas.
What don't you like about working at National City Bank?
In my department their is really no room to move up. You are basically stuck where you are, unless you post out.
What suggestions do you have for management?
For the most part they do a good job.
