I'm a fast moving teammate in an environment that doesn't really want to move. Wonderful, smart people who love delighting clients and are some of the best in the industry. However our scientific nature lacks sales and marketing commitments, which makes a long term tenure challenging for a guy like me.
NATO is about relationship building first. Don't go into it thinking you are the expert in your field. Chances are there are smarter people in the organization who just don't get heard.
