What do you like about working at Musician's Friend?
It was a team effort! It was one of the few places you could come close to a living wage in the Rogue Valley.
What don't you like about working at Musician's Friend?
Mostly, that they left my area. I felt like sometimes the quality of the promotions suffered because they were pulled and replaced before we could really get the full picture of how the current one was working. We should have had a little more "Should we make this happen?" along with the "Can we make this happen?"
What suggestions do you have for management?
Come back. Listen to the people who are working with the tools everyday more closely than you listen to the outside opinions. An outside perspective is important, but still not as valuable as the people who are in the trenches every day and have been for a long time.
