"Few opportunities for advancement. Poor compensation. Stifling workplace environment. Few opportunities for creativity or cleverness in development. Deathly boring once you've mastered basic skills."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improved compensation would be good, but improved perks would be better; cutting workplace amenities down to nothing might shave a few pennies off the bottom line but destroys morale. Don't lie to workers about compensation, expected workload, or future plans; some spin is expected but too much destroys trust in management."

"Run for the hills. They will make slave workers out of you and then lay you off."

"Management. Very political. Good ol' boy mentality from old school managers."

"Lay off old management who have no clue of the products and customers, instead of talented workers."

"Everyday is a different. There are many different tasks and problems that have to be dealt with."

"If you have to work for this company then maybe for a short term maybe two years or less."

"The travel that I have to do and the long hours that I have to put in while on the road."

"There are too many political games that plays and everyone is watching their own back. This will impede innovation"

"Hopefully you will find something else. The company is shrinking fast. Long term employment would be rare."

"Working under the constant thought of being laid off give a negative atmosphere to the whole company. Aweful place to work while the CEO is teraing it apart."

"Take the hatchet out of my hands quickly before nothing is left."
