What do you like about working at Microsoft?

"Sometimes, you get to work with smart people. Unfortunately, they are trying to slit your throat."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You must answer each question immediately, confidently, and correctly. Confidence bordering on arrogance, or even slight arrogance, is the right attitude. Do not answer the question as if you are asking if this is the right answer. Don't second guess yourself. This IS the right answer."

What don't you like about working at Microsoft?

"Your performance review is based more on luck than anything you actually do yourself. Factors that are completely outside your control govern how you do. This is a keep your head down, don't cause any trouble company. Truly exceptional people need not apply."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reform the stack ranking system to be more fair and objective. MSFT is currently full of ass kissers and yes men that all support each other at the expense of the company itself."
