What do you like about working at Merrill Lynch?

"I had an internship during which I learned about mutual funds, retirement plans and annuities. I learned how to prepare different types of contracts with the clients and how to run quotes for them. I also learned how to identify potential clients and their needs."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The manager asked about why I chose their company for internship. It's good idea to learn history of Merryll Lynch. There were many questions about my past experience and my personality traits."

What don't you like about working at Merrill Lynch?

"Economy is tough for financial service now. Stock market is doing a little better right now, but when I was taking internship it was really bad. However, I got my school credit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest them to treat students with respect. You can't become a CEO, if you don't start with the entry level job."
