What do you like about working at MCG Capital Corp.?
Close knit department. Lots to learn if you don't get laid off first.
What don't you like about working at MCG Capital Corp.?
Lost a ton of people through layoffs. This resulted in a significant loss of institutional knowledge.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Keep on keepin' on. Stay the course. Bird in the hand..

Make sure you accentuate what a self starter you are and how awesome you would be at this job. Do good in your interview. Use big words...
