"Do not interview unless you know someone higher up at this Bank; you won't get anywhere if you come in on your own merit because the higher ups don't know you & don't know what you can offer them to look good. Remember, it is always about them, not you. All the decisions are mostly made on the Golf Course, not in the office."

"They sometimes make promises to employees which they never intend to keep. They also gouge customers with bank fees. Senior citizens are often victims of their aggressive fee schedules."

"Avoid making falses promises to employees. Place some type of limit on the overdraft fees for all customers. Close the account when that limit is reached."
