4.5 An enjoyable and engaging place to work. A great experience in getting to work with kids and parents. I feel this place provides young college students to help give back to the community and help inspire kids. It was a place I wish I could work there forever but need a better career to make a living. Pros: The very flexible work schedule for college students is a plus. Great boss and co-workers. Meetings every few months, which were fun. Cons: Average hours per week are between 12-20 hours, which results in little pay.

4.6 I have worked for mathnasium since December. Overall, this company has shown a lot of appreciation for all of the instructors. This is a grate place for people passionate about mathematics and helping students to work. In a very short period of time, my responsibility increased as well as my compensation. My supervisor is a great man and takes very good care of his company.

4.7 Experienced instructors help students improve their math skills. I encourage parents to start their students in elementary school so they don't develop a fear of math. When students have confidence in their math skills, learning advanced concepts is much easier.
