"The department does it's best, but its mostly hamstrung by upper management not understanding what is required to complete the job."
"I am in management in this company. It is very, very difficult to support employees and attempt to make positive changes to the culture without being considered a problem. In order to retain my position it has been necessary to essentially become numb and overlook true problems within the company. Upper administration doesn't want to know about issues even if you and your peers are willing to take on more work to make things better. I would not encourage anyone to relocate to work here."
"Marshfield Clinic contains a large and complex enterprise environment that has the potential to provide great experience. The main limiter is management and their ability to let your grow or give you a clear career path. Also, recent budget cuts, along with an unwillingness to replace people who have left have created an environment with a very high workload that is very stressful. It is a good stepping stone and I have personally gained a lot of experience from this job."
