"Unfortunately, being a nonprofit, funding and resources are often limited. Southwest Human Development does the best they can with the resources they have, but more donor and community funding would make a world of difference."

"Really work to get ALL employees to work toward the overall success of the organization. Don't just allow them to work in silos and not help raise funding or create awareness for the programs and services the agency provides."

"Changes in technology that continually devauled our investment, and sometimes the Prima Dona attitude of those artists that used that technology to create the projects we did. But they were artists after all."
