"Get behind the overall mission of the organization. It's the backbone behind everything this organization does and the basis for the programs and services it offers."

What don't you like about working at Southwest Human Development?

"Unfortunately, being a nonprofit, funding and resources are often limited. Southwest Human Development does the best they can with the resources they have, but more donor and community funding would make a world of difference."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Really work to get ALL employees to work toward the overall success of the organization. Don't just allow them to work in silos and not help raise funding or create awareness for the programs and services the agency provides."

"The work we did and the family of people I worked with in creating it."

"Changes in technology that continually devauled our investment, and sometimes the Prima Dona attitude of those artists that used that technology to create the projects we did. But they were artists after all."

"Pull as a team not as individuals and keep you eye on the company's bottom line not just your own."
