What do you like about working at (Malin+Goetz)?
I liked the people I worked with and the freedom I had to get the job done. Immediate management was very helpful in training and motivating.
What don't you like about working at (Malin+Goetz)?
Lack of corporate support, compensation, lack of materials. CEO's effectiveness was overall low.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Better sales forecasting, better incentives, support employees at all costs.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Be energetic and have sales experience. Stress self motivated, people person, and ability to learn new products.
