Highly qualified coworkers

What don't you like about working at Magma Design Automation?

Limited growth on the technical track if you don't have PhD degree

What suggestions do you have for management?

Try to expand the market, like rent Magma's massive server farms (cloud computing) to run client's computational intensive jobs.
