"I have worked for Magellan Health for almost 10 years. The company is always going through large changes without proper planning to attain results."

"Started in 2007. The company was nice to work for until the recent IT changes. The direction seems to be decided by drunken pirates playing a shrewd game of blindfolded darts. No career advancement, not utilizing employee potential, and the culture has become excessively toxic. Good luck guys...I'm sure the CTO will be back in Silly Valley where good ideas are not as critical."

"Long time employee, suffered through reorg, new computer programs that don't work, micromanaging management and cronyism. Health insurance is garbage! Need to cut middle management. They are "dumb as rocks!". Paid time off - can't use it because you are competing with other staff for time off! Pay is ok."

"Decided to eliminate sales- did not understand midmarket opporutnities- company could not figure out how great the opporutnities"

"It could be too large and decisions were made on the east coast, removed from the world here on the west coast."

"Increase sales staff so they can saturate the market. Find ways to improve their product offering."

"Advancment dosen't seem to happen allot within the company. Company also lacks communication with in the departments."
