"Macy's is an awesome place to work, the only setback is there is no room for advancement. There are a lot more positives than negatives working for this company, you are held responsible for your own time and on an honor system. The hiring process is a bit long, however worth it all. Macy's is a very huge retailer, I worked for the number 2 in sales in the whole United States. The employee discount is somewhat of a joke, you must have a Macy's charge card in order to be able to use it."
