I've worked for Luxfer Gas Cylinders for over ten years, and while Luxfer is a good company there are many areas needing improvement. The company is driven primarily by operational thinkers and does not take into consideration the needs and drivers of the end customers.
The people are top-notch in the friendliness category, but lack a bit in the business-thinking category.
Poor working environment and horrid dangers. Lost time accidents are exaggerated. People are encouraged to work after accidents on light duty then after they agree to help get written up. Pathetic. A wolf in sheep's clothing.
