What do you like about working at Longview Fibre Paper & Packaging?
The freedom to make my own decisions and run the plant the way I wanted too with just a minimum of interference but a lot of support.
What don't you like about working at Longview Fibre Paper & Packaging?
The fact that it was sold and my career with them had come to an end.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Keep supporting your sub-ordinates while allowing them to grow and mature
