friendly atmosphere, outstanding managers, knew exactly what the corp. wanted from me
What don't you like about working at LongHorn Steakhouse?
bad employee benefits unless in management, thats all great company as rare hospitality
What suggestions do you have for management?
more rewards for employee's, happy employee's are productive employee's, be more available during hours of operation

be friendly, have positive attitude, know your steak types, and cooking temps
