LiveOps Employee

"As an interviewer at LiveOps, the salary was competitive with other similar roles in the industry. The job itself involved conducting phone interviews with candidates for various clients, and the work was flexible enough to fit into my schedule. However, there were some downsides. The workload could be inconsistent, with some weeks being very slow and others being very busy, and there was not always enough communication or feedback from management."

"Joined Liveops in 2022-Went through the training for BBW-Poor support team and IT dept. If you have a problem, you have to submit a help ticket, you then will receive an automated message back that says "help is on the way". Help never comes! I have been waiting for a week now and have sent 6+ tickets an emails-no help... I cannot even start working. You cannot talk to an actual person and they will not call you back to resolve any issues"

Call Center Agent

"I don't usually write reviews about companies but I really feel like I need to warn people about this one!! I have worked for LiveOps as a work@home agent since 2013. Pay goes by call volume so the pay was never really very dependable. Sometime it was very good and other times very bad BUT the one thing that was always good about LiveOps was that they seemed honest and you would always be able to count on your pay being there. Unfortunately this is not the case anymore!! As of 2021 LiveOps claims to have hired an outside company called "Open Force" to handle all payroll issues and it has been a complete nightmare ever since!! As it stands LiveOps currently owes me over $540!! Live Ops (or Open Force) claims that they sent me the money but I have not received it in my Direct Deposit and since this company only hires work@home agents as Independent Contractors I can not go to the Labor Board about this issue. Instead I am forced to take them to small claims court! Also, I am NOT the only one that has suffered from pay issues from LiveOps/Open Force. The LiveOps external forums are filled with others complaining about similar issues !!! I currently have a complaint filed against them with the Better Business Bureau that should be posted soon so please feel free to look that up. You will also find tons of other complaints filed against LiveOps on there which should tell you something right there!! If you are looking for a legitimate work@home opportunity I would like to suggest that you go to NexRep or Working Solutions. I have worked for both and have never had any pay issues with them! In any event I suggest that you keep far away from this company unless you don't wish to get paid for work performed!!"

"I've worked for live ops since may 2020. Not a great place to work. They do not care about your business as much as they care about their own. They will definitely put their client over you without a second thought."

"I've worked for LiveOps, Inc. since 2009. I have found it to be a strong company with good ethical values and an emphasis on customer retention along with giving their contractors flexible hours. The company is a Virtual Call Center who employs remotely all over the U.S. and it's principal office is based out on Scottsdale, AZ."

"Liveops is an awesome place to work. I had such an amazing time working with really extravagant and brilliant group of hackers. When I started I was basically given the reigns and do or die. Fast paced and when you have revenue in the billions for a high profile telethon for example and one of your cmx or ivrs go down. You only have minutes to mitigate it and start the damage assessing to explain to the client."

What do you like about working at LiveOps?

"Flexibility in the times that can be worked, when the hours are available."

What don't you like about working at LiveOps?

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you invite an agent to a product and have them go through the process of learning everything in order to sell it, priority should be given to the agent on commits on the first rollout of the product launch, not the rollout during the last week in December, once agents have forgotten everything they've rushed to learn for launch."
