"I worked in this miserable and sad place few years. Apart from some nice people I met while working at Letica, there is nothing good or progressive or nice to say about this place. Miserable and bad work conditions, yelling and screaming by bosses, use of profanities to address you and/or make you do something. Pitiful raises like 1%, etc. No chance of advancement at all. Revolving door of people leaving this prison-like place. It went as bad that they were expecting people to bring their own stuff to work for them (like supplies or projectors, cameras, etc., as they were refusing to buy them for company). Also cheated quite a few employees of their hard earned and miserable pay when they left company. Bragging about their ties to political candidates to scare people into obedience. Making employees pay for business trips with their own money and taking their sweet time to pay them back - sometimes failing to do so. You would want to work here only if you were super desperate."

"Letica is an awful organization. I feel bad for you if you go work here. Constant disrespect, antiquated policies, no direction. Not only do they not respect their employees, if you quit, they will short your last check and expense check. Best advice is to not give any notice and leave on the 15th or the 1st of the month."
