"I think there is huge difference between the LA office and the Chicago office. When you interview, they tell you you are exactly what they are looking for once you start, they don't want you to have a voice and will dumb you down, b/c for as long as you've been in the biz, and as much exp you may have, it's actually not what they want. Be seen and not heard seems to be the motto. "
