What do you like about working at Leggett & Platt?
Prior to closing enjoyed the trust of the Branch Manager, the people were wonderful in that they spoke their piece and we were able to discuss and resolve issues
What don't you like about working at Leggett & Platt?
The vision (?) of the company was to close down a profitable 650 employee operation to send the work to China where the quality of workmanship is at best questionable.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Modify the thinking process to consider profitability, people and what the intentions are in relation to the customer.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Not in relation to other locations as the Simpsonville branch has closed
