I like to work on 1st projects, using solidworks, autocad, sheet metal, plastic injection, blow molding

Management
What suggestions do you have for management?
Management should be more involved in design engineering reviews, promote projects with potential, help with 3rd parties contractors(vendors) to have the projects in a advanced stage.
