1 LA Fitness Operations Specialist Review

I get to interact with people all day. I love talking with other people and sharing thoughts and ideas with our members.

My boss doesn't do her job, so I have to pick up the slack. She gets paid substantially more than I do, but I do most of her work as well as mine, without the pay. I make minimum wage plus commission, but that isn't enough for me to support myself. I have no problem helping other people if they need me to, but I dislike getting dumped on by my boss when she decides she doesn't feel like coming in to work or helping a customer.

I'd make sure our customers needs were met immediately. Most of the time people are given the "run-around," and I don't like that at all. Our staff should be more helpful and more accommodating.

Don't expect a lot of growth or accommodation. It does not pay well if you're working at the front desk.
