"Don't work for the GA running the Milwaukee area. Simple as that!"

"I think my general agent (ex-boss) set me up to fail. He offered poor training, and didn't provide tools/strategies that I needed to succeed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire this area general agent and keep his as a field agent (he is an excellent salesman, just a poor trainer) and find a different general agent."

"I like working for a company that helps people in need such as earthquake victims in HaitI and 9/11 victims and families."

"I would advise someone interviewing for a job at the Knights of Columbus to answer every question they ask completely and truthfully and to not leave anything out of your professional or scholastic history."
What don't you like about working at Knights of Columbus?
"I don't like the fact that I can't get into a routine. Every two weeks my duties at work change and I can't get into a day to day/week to week routine. Also, A few of the people I work with are very difficult to work with and can be annoying at times."

"I would let the people who work under me do their jobs, my boss tends to have his hands in everything which disrupts the flow of the day."
