"They're bunch of thieves who they don't care about their employees. They underpay their employees and don't care. Management will stab you in the back and give you old equipment to use. They take the work credit for themselves to move themselves up in better positions. Don't work for them, even for free."

They will agree to one pay plan and change it for no reason except they can. The President will tell you he doesn't care and if you don't like it, quit."

"the vp of sales oversteps and over promises expecting the whole plant to be able to make it happen. there are too maany delivery and engineering problems."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"stop over promising and fix the issues before expecting delivery improvements."
