"I honestly think that this is just poor. Since, this was a call center with around 100 Technical Engineers, I guess I could see why this would be somewhat underpaid. In this case though, I think it should still be a little higher to bring it closer to 30,000/yr at least. There was a lot of overtime to be offered, however not everyone has that kind of time to be already working 12 hour shifts and then adding more time when people like me could be using that time to study for school and certs."
