I hate when management tries to knock you down for everything you do, especially when you gave up so much to be the best you can be! What do you like about working at DS Waters of America?
"Location to home, hours were OK. Coworkers were nice people."

"Make sure you get everything in writing, and be cautious of their H.R. Department....they only side with the company and do not assist the employees well."
What don't you like about working at DS Waters of America?
"Management was unqualified in their position. They often forced poor sales promotions on those in the field."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't treat those whose help you excel at your job as inferior to yourself. Pay people what you promise and don't lie when Human Resources becomes involved in an issue."

"Micromanagement from bosses who didn't have a clue and are only concerned about looking as if they do."

"The kind of job I am doing, I better work for bank, that's what I have been done my whole life."

"No suggestion. I think they are making a good job."

"Corporate downsizing, minimal logistics, shortages on help and accountability, pay."

"They need a logistics manager, and communication improvements. Set up quarterly meetings with staff."

"The work hours could become up to 14 hours a day."

"More support for employees and help with route during busy weeks of sales."

"I enjoy the freedom of working alone and doing what I think is best for my accounts."

"If you are looking for a transitional job fine, otherwise go into management."

"Work freedom is starting to become more micromanaged than before. More little rules and policies are coming out and bosses are required to work more with the sales force in the field."

"Stop looking at the short term results and allow sales force to do what's best for the accounts."

What do you like about working at Schwan's?
"I enjoy being able to work by myself and to meet a lot of new people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I have no tips for interviewing with them, they will basically hire anyone due to the high turnover rate there is."
What don't you like about working at Schwan's?
"The hours that are required for this job is a lot. Your work/life balance in nonexistent. You are thrown into the truck and told to not come back in until your close to your DOT 14 hour restriction otherwise you didn't put in a full day of work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The new pay scale is decent, however, if there are poor economic towns and areas on our route days we are still held to work the regular hours. Once you see what you made for that day and divide it by the amount of hours you put in you are working for less than $8 an hour."
What do you like about working at PepsiCo?
"Absolutely nothing! This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I have been at this company for 4 years. The only reason I stay is simple, I need a job. If you are contemplating working here, DON'T do it. I can't wait to get out, this is like a prison sentence."
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"You are micro managed to the max. If you are making sales and unsaleable plan they leave you alone. If not then you are drilled like a criminal. They harass you on your days off. They use your personal cell phone as if it is a tool for them to reach you whenever they want."

"Go to church, you're gonna need it. Decent people don't treat others the way you do."

"what I liked about working at GK was the culture of the company it was very divivers and management allowed you to get creative with responsibilities"

"not to give up.....even when it gets hot and times get tough, its well worth building a great realationship with your customers'"

"one thing I didn't like about working at GK was the time I had to get up in the morning like 330am till 730pm daily depending on the days activities"

"none they the company is a 100 year old organization and is very effective"

"Set your own hours. Good cookies. Basically no supervision. Product delivered to you."

"Remember this is only good short term. Check route sales numbers closely."
What don't you like about working at Voortman Cookies?
"No opportunity to stay here long term as company controls what you can sell your route for so you cannot stay until retirement as you would have nothing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let routes sell for market rates or at least 10-15 times SALES so we can stay here long term. Advertise and/ or issue coupons to raise Voortman's awareness level in the marketplace. Reduce or eliminate charges for displays."
