"I love the University setting. I feel it is like a little hospital. We provide many services to the students. I love the interaction with them. They are friendly and grateful for us. University Nursing has been the best nursing I have done. the students are young, energetic, and looking forward to a great future. I am proud to be a part of that for them. What do I hate? The only thing I can think of is, when I come into work on a busy day, and not finding a parking spot."

"told by the company I would be paid and didn't get paid for what falls under there contract, told I would be called back to follow up with matters and never called. To top it off the hospitals that nurse finders staff say they have had major issues too!"
What don't you like about working at NurseFinders?
"The new owner and there team don't know how to run this company. I have worked with nurse finders for many year. With the new team in place I have been sent to jobs at wrong times, sent with no computer access, told by the company I would be paid and didn't get paid for what falls under there contract, told I would be called back to follow up with matters and never called. To top it off the hospitals that nurse finders staff say they have had major issues too!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do as you say and back your nurses at all times!"

"Good support from management most of the time. Patient care seems to be one of the primary focus points."

"Inquire about staffing in your area. Make sure you understand the compensation structure fully."
What don't you like about working at Alacare Home Health?
"Staffing issues seem to be a problem company wide, but that has little to do with the company and more to do with this segment of the healthcare industry."

"Do a better job of selecting and retaining quality employees."

"Its not worth your mental health to work under an oppressive regime of petty, vindictive managers more concerned with protecting their cushy jobs and a CEO who covets his bonus for cutting the budget above all else."

"Run dont walk from this place if you are considering working here. Since the new CEO took over a couple years ago the place has gone downhill fast."

"It is the most dysfunctional poisoned environments I had ever worked in."

"Resign and get into another line of work taht doesn't involve patient care."

"The range of patients one can meet. All races, all ages, all walks of life. Generally good people that need help and trust you to give them the help that they need."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to sell your soul to the devil. Good luck. know that you will be working for a company where neither of the owners have any experience or schooling in the medical field, Not even the COEs of the chain have backgrounds in medical. What they do have is experience in is sales. Money and medicine doesn't mix."
What don't you like about working at InShapeMD?
"The lack of ethics displayed by the owners. The unwavering drive for the sale to get a patients money to the point of negligence. The unethically practices of the owners."

"This place is beyond suggestions. The vision that this company was built on is no more than a ponzI scheme."
