"I really dread going to work. There is no leadership. They cannot keep promises. Extremely poor communication. Among the employees, there are excessive rumors & gossip. Good employees are constantly quitting. Employee turnover has skyrocketed. Everyone is stressed. Toxic employees are always causing problems. There are no long term goals or plans. Progressive discipline is their form of punishment. SRPMIC is a genuine nightmare that should be used in classes around the USA as a method "not" to be running an any organization."

"I love working alongside everyone. Helping people is a passion of mine. I enjoy the possibility of climbing the ladder in the Medical Assistant field. There are a lot of offices that can not afford to pay or advance as much as needed to get by without holding another job to do so. I cannot stand working with all my effort and never be acknowledged for it meanwhile the girl at the front desk is having lunch selling Avon."
