"I love being an independent contractor"

"I love the freedom that it brings, however I feel working in an organization as a team member and focusing only on technology is where my passion lies. I am extremely motivated when it comes to driving/growing a business but owning and running every aspect of a business is not necessarily the best use of my talents."

One thing I don't like about it is I can't tell them that they are wrong or that they are making a mistake, it is only my opinion."

"I love that it is independent and solely works off of how well the product is and how the independent distributor, or myself in this case, handles marketing and customer service. It was a welcoming challenge, but the ladder to promotions is quite hard to achieve due to the nature of direct sales companies. I found that I am not a sales man at heart, but much better with the analytic side of finances, finding product restock rates, and other technical aspects of the company."
