"Come in with an existing client base. Have an existing network through your house of worship, HOA. etc."
What don't you like about working at Country Financial?
"Purchasing leads and cold calling.My manager explains how he does the job but doesn't seem to tweak his approach to match my style."

"I am still new to Country, and have never prospected for clients so I don't know what recommendations I could make."
